TRICARE Operations Manual, Change 113, February 9, 2011

Page Count: 1,620
Summary of Changes: This change simplifies the enrollment portability process for Active Duty Service Members (ADSMs) and their family members by allowing them to notify their current contractor when they are relocating. The current (losing) contractor will pass pertinent information to the gaining contractor who will facilitate enrollment in the new region for the ADSM and their family members.

TRICARE Reimbursement Manual, Change 127, February 17, 2011

TRICARE Systems Manual, Change 87, February 17, 2011

Page Count: 1,100
Summary of Changes: For dates of service on or before July 1, 2010, the NUBC has retired codes 7-Emergency Room, B-Transfer from another Home Health Agency (HHA), and C-Readmission to the Same HHA. The NUBC has created a new condition code, code 47, to replace the point of origin code B. However, the Home Health Agency Prospective Payment System (HHA PPS) Pricer does not include the new code 47. When a condition code 47 is included on the claim, the contractor will ensure correct reimbursement of the claim by changing the HHA PPS Pricer input record to reflect a point of origin code B. The NUBC will not replace point of origin C or 7. This change is published in conjunction with Aug 2002 TRM Change 127.
