  1. Section/Addendum 11. This change modifies the qualification requirements for certified labor doulas. EFFECTIVE DATE: April 11, 2024

  1. Section/Addendum 11. This change creates a new Phase 2 reimbursement methodology that must be fully effective (with Phase 1 no longer in place) by 01/01/2025. EFFECTIVE DATE: June 10, 2024
