This change is made in conjunction with TRICARE Systems Manual 7950.3-M, April 2015, Change 64.
Summary of Changes:Revise performance standard to more accurately reflect contractor processing of potential duplicates identified by the DHA Duplicate Claims System and update DCS training requirements for transition to on-line training application.
