The hospice urban wage indexes applicable for FY 2019 are available on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) website at http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/Hospice/index.html. The urban hospice wage index for FY 2019 will be effective October 1, 2018, through September 30, 2019.
