Cerebrovascular Arterial Studies,
Extremity Arterial Studies (including digits), Extremity Venous Studies
(including digits), Visceral and Penile Vascular Studies, and Extremity
Arterial-Venous Studies are covered.
3.0 EXCLUSION
In conjunction with podiatry
services when the podiatrist's license to practice
in the particular state does not include performing non-invasive
vascular testing.
