All TRICARE requirements in Chapter 5 regarding network development do not apply to TMEP unless specifically changed, waived, or superseded by this section, the TRICARE Policy Manual (TPM), TRICARE Reimbursement Manual (TRM), TRICARE Systems Manual (TSM), or TMEP contract.
1.0  Provider Networks
The TMEP contractor shall comply with the requirements in Chapter 5, Section 1, paragraphs 3.4 and 3.5 for services provided to a TRICARE/Medicare dual eligible beneficiary by a network provider when TRICARE is primary payer.
