The contractor shall produce monthly management reports which include TPR Program data in accordance with the contract deliverable requirements.

Throughout the period of the contract, the contractor shall have the ability to produce, when requested by the Defense Health Agency (DHA), an electronic listing of all TPR claims processed to completion for any given month(s). The listing shall include the following data elements: Specified Authorization Staff (SAS) Referral Number, TPR Defense Medical Information System Identification (DMIS-ID) code, Internal Control Number (ICN), Service Member’s Social Security Number (SSN), and the date the claim was processed to completion (PTC).
