Hospice Rate Information - Hospice Wage Indexes For Rural Areas - FY 2017

The hospice rural wage indexes applicable for FY 2017 are available on the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) web site at http://www.cms.gov/Medicare/Medicare-Fee-for-Service-Payment/Hospice/index.html. The rural wage index values for FY 2017 and subsequent fiscal years will no longer be published in this manual (Chapter 11, Addendum C). The rural hospice wage index for FY 2017 will be effective October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017.
