Each TRICARE Manual posted on the website incorporates all published changes. Although changes are published, they are not implemented by the contractors until they receive direction to do so by the Contracting Officer. This is a User Manual for the Defense Health Agency (DHA) user application named Duplicate Claims System (DCS). This manual will provide information on the intended use of the system, user access to the DCS, a high level description of the type of application the DCS is, and detailed information on how to use the DCS. The intent of this User Guide is to give DCS Users information on how to work with the DCS. This User Guide is provided as a reference guide for the DCS User. Contractors shall refer to the contract and any references, such as the TRICARE Manuals, incorporated into the contract, for requirements.
