32 CFR 199 (DHA Version) (2005)

Each TRICARE Manual posted on the website incorporates all published changes. Although changes are published, they are not implemented by the contractors until they receive direction to do so by the Contracting Officer. Authority for the TRICARE Program is Title 32 to the Code of Federal Regulations Part 199 (32 CFR 199). Please note that CHAMPUS Regulation DoD 6010.8R has been ELIMINATED.
The Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) is a codification of the general and permanent rules published in the Federal Register by the Executive departments and agencies of the Federal Government, including policies and procedures published by the Defense Health Agency (DHA) on the delivery of health care.
The DHA copy of the 32 CFR 199 is NOT the official copy of the Regulation.This version of the CFR is provided here only as a convenience for the DHA community. The official CFR is located online at the GPO website and is a joint project authorized by the publisher, the National Archives and Records Administration's Office of the Federal Register, and the Government Printing Office (GPO).
At this time there are two versions of the 32 CFR 199. The cross-references in the T-3 Manuals (2008 Edition) are linked to the 32 CFR 199 (2005 Edition). The cross-references in the T-2017 Manuals (2015 Edition) are linked to the 32 CFR 199 (2016 Edition). At some future date, the T-3 Manuals cross-references will be linked to the new 32 CFR 199 (2015 Edition).

    The Table of Contents for each chapter within the TMA-Aurora version of the 32 CFR 199 can access a specific point in the manual. The link for accessing a specific paragraph in the CFR is within the first column of each reference of the Table of Contents. As you move your mouse over the page to the first column your mouse cursor will switch from it's current setting (usually) to a hand with it's index finger outstretched.
